Women’s Health: How fertility, menstruation, and menopause affect women’s career decisions

Dr Theodora Kalentzi, British Menopause Society Accredited Menopause Specialist, Women’s Healthcare Advisor IoD Glass Ceiling Group, Medical Prime, was very pleased to attend this interesting and informative event at Bayes Business School.

Dr Theodora said “Informed discussions like these about how companies and society can improve the quality and nature of women’s healthcare are essential to maintain and increase the participation of women in organisations.”

The event was organised by Bayes Global Women’s Leadership Programme, which is led by Janina Steinmetz, who was the event moderator. The welcome address was delivered by the Dean of Bayes Business School, Andre Spicer.

The engaging panel was comprised of Sarah Garton, Accenture; Saghar Kasiri, Cryos International and Dr Lara Owen, University of St Andrews.
