We are delighted to share our first newsletter of the year coinciding with this month’s International Women’s Day on 8 March and supporting the theme of ‘Give to Gain’, a powerful theme which we can all relate to. ‘Give to Gain’ emphasises how societies and communities gain from empowering women whether in equal opportunities, education, employment or healthcare.
Talking about giving, through your amazing feedback you have given us throughout the year, we were awarded the prestigious ‘Great Patient Experience’ badge which you may have seen on our emails recently. Reaching a high level of recognition is invaluable for our team and our patient community so please do continue sharing your thoughts on: doctify.com/uk/review
For this International Women’s Day, we are proud to showcase three new videos that explore the symptoms and changes women experience during perimenopause and menopause.
Dr. Ash sheds light on how headaches evolve in our 40s and 50s, in Menopause & Migraines and Dr. Niki explores anxiety, mood swings and the vital importance of self-care during perimenopause in Perimenopause; anxiety, mood swings, etc. I was invited to join the Doctify podcast ‘Patient in the Room’ where I discuss a variety of topics about the menopause as a transition and what is happening to the body.
We wish everyone a joyful and empowering International Women’s Day.
Dr Theodora Kalentzi
