Theodora is a General Practitioner (GP) who is passionate about quality care and helping people consider a holistic approach to their health and wellness. Over her 25 year career, she has gained experience in various clinical specialties, education, mentoring and management.
Theodora qualified as a doctor in Greece in 1992, where she worked in the community and hospital care before coming to the UK in 1996. She was trained in a variety of specialties including general medicine, gynaecology, chest medicine, care of the elderly and accident & emergency before she became a GP and member of the Royal College of GPs in 2001. She subsequently undertook a Masters Degree in Health Management at Imperial College London.
Amongst her many clinical interests, Theodora also has a particular interest in women's health. She holds a postgraduate diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and has obtained the advanced certificate of special skills training in menopause care. She is an all-rounder with a wealth of experience in medical management and professional development, having held senior management roles alongside her clinical work.
She enjoys traveling, snowboarding, swimming, reading, wine tasting, expanding her horizons via TED talks and above all making a difference.
Vassilios is a software developer with many years of experience in the finance sector and recently in business startups. He is passionate about technology and the positive effect it can have on society if used in the right way.
He believes in technology and innovation as the way forward for managing the health needs of a growing and ageing population against the exponentially rising health care costs.
Vassilios is a keen advocate of continuous self-improvement and living a life of purpose.
