At Medical Prime we  believe in openness and collaboration when discussing your healthcare needs and we will advise you on the necessity of further tests and follow up as clinically indicated.

Menopause Services

Our initial consultation length is up to 60 minutes and follow-up appointments are up to 40 minutes. The doctor will advise on the best interval for follow-up appointments, the average is 3 months.  For existing patients with urgent queries between follow-up appointments, we also offer an email service or a shorter consultation depending on complexity. 

New patients may have a consultation either at the clinic or via our secure video link. Existing patients may have a consultation either at the clinic, via our secure video link or over the phone.

Blood tests and other samples can be taken on site and incur additional costs. 

There are no charges for private prescriptions issued during the consultation.

GP Services

We offer GP services to our existing patients. GP consultations are up to 20 minutes and can take place either at the clinic, via our secure video link or over the phone.

Medical form and report completion will incur additional costs, which vary depending on the complexity of the request. Blood tests and other samples are taken on site and incur additional costs. 

There are no additional charges for private prescriptions issued during the consultation. 

Blood and other tests

We offer a wide range of tests, including blood, urine and other samples. Test results are usually available within 24 to 48 hours. 

A consultation with the doctor is mandatory before we undertake any blood or other tests. Tests are charged in addition to the consultation fee and costs vary. During your appointment, the doctor will discuss if a test is clinically indicated and will advise you on the additional cost. Test prices include taking the sample at the clinic and communicating the results back to you by a secure email.
